Lomond home care Limited is a domiciliary care agency registered in Scotland and founded by the two registered nurses built on the vision of improving community care services by providing home help to individuals who need support in their homes. The company provides caring services to the elderly over 65 years including those with dementia and adults above 18 years with learning disabilities and complex needs who need support but want to continue living in their own homes. We provide care that is underpinned by the values: dignity, respect, independence, human rights, equality and diversity, consent, confidentiality and safety.
Lomond home care is a nurse-led home care service that offers significant benefits over non-nursing home care options, particularly for individuals with ongoing health conditions, complex care needs, or those recovering from illness or surgery.
